The TSS monitor tracks machine uptime and downtime for each shift, and saves the data in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly archives. Uptime and downtime percentages are also tracked, allowing at-a-glance review of the machine's effectiveness.
Downtime data is also saved per downtime occurrence, so that the common causes for downtime can be identified. The TSS's tracks data that makes it easy to find, and then address these performance bottlenecks, allowing better overall production.
A critical component to downtime is the operator's response time to problems that cause the machine to stop, and this is also tracked by the TSS. Operator response time is tracked for each downtime occurrence and is archived with downtime data.
