Parts, jobs, work orders
The TSS serves as a complete job-tracking platform. It keeps track of the job currently running, and logs all production and downtime data under that job. Operators can enter job information when starting a new job, or select a predefined job from a "pending" parts list, that can be loaded across the network. Once entered, production, efficiency data, downtime occurrences, and all other information will be logged under this job (in addition to normal shift and daily logging). Data from the last several job sessions can be browsed right at the TSS, allowing easy review of previous jobs. Full data is available through the TSS-NET PC software, allowing generation of daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly job reports. Managers can easily pull up reports showing which jobs were completed, which had good production, and which had performance problems. This data can be used to determine job profitability and better understand shop performance. View IMPAX TSS Screens: |
