The TSS collects a wide variety of data, and it archives it in several ways.
All production and uptime/downtime data is saved in detailed records per day, and is also summarized for the current week, month, and year. These records may be browsed at the unit, and detailed reports can be generated using the TSS-NET software. The weekly day/shift schedule used is customizable for each machine, to ensure accurate time recording.
In addition, job information (including part numbers, job or work-order numbers, and the ID's of operators working on the job) is gathered by the TSS. Data from the last several job sessions can be browsed at the TSS, allowing easy review of previous jobs. This data is also available in TSS-NET, allowing generation of daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly job reports.
