OEE is a metric used in many industries to track how well a machine is being utilized in total during a given day. It measures how available a machine has been (as opposed to being down for maintenance or setups), how well it has been running, and the quality of pieces produced, and gives overall productivity numbers. OEE, or any other custom metric, can be viewed in real time in TSS-NET, to immediately show how well the shop is running.
