IMPAX-SK monitors are equipped with parts counters and production statistics tracking. There are counters to track the progress of an order, tool life, and production of unmanned shifts. A machine speed indicator (showing the true RPM) is also provided.

After setting the order quantity, the monitor will count good parts, and let you know when the order is complete. The desired number of parts to be made with a specific tool set can also be entered, and the system will say when to change the tool. Monitors can track 36 different tools on the same setup. All monitors also have a batch counter available that can control a batching system or shuttle conveyor.

The Production Statistics recorded by the monitor can help you track the number of parts made in each mode as well as counting sorted parts or idle strokes. This function can be an integral part of optimizing machine production and efficiency.
