Getting accurate production totals is vital to useful data analysis and reporting. That's why TSS monitors track all machine production, and keep accurate counts for production from each shift. This data is archived for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly periods.
The TSS Monitor also provides an Order Counter, for tracking the progress in the current job. An operator can see at-a-glance how the current batch is doing. Scrap counts can also be entered per job.
Additional counters are also provided. These can be used to track number of pieces in between tool changes, maintenance tasks, or quality inspections. Scheduling tool changes and maintenances based on actual production instead of using calendar time saves time and money, by performing service exactly when it is needed.
